Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our refund and return policy has a 7-day validity period. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. In new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged condition with ALL original packaging and hang tags. Each item must be returned individually packed in our clear zipper polybags. 

To ensure swimwear is eligible for return, underwear must be worn when trying on items. Hygienic liner must be intact.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of beachperfectswimwear.com. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of its approval or disapproval. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received a refund, please first verify its status in your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted.

Finally, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have exhausted these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@beachperfectswimwear.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please send an email to support@beachperfectswimwear.com.

The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you currently possess. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

GIFTS CARDS

Gifts cards are not refundable.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it can take for your exchanged product to reach you vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will get your returned item.
